What is iAgentMY?

iAgentMY is a Web Application for new generation real estate professionals that brings listing management, private collaboration, case tracking, and client organization into one streamlined workflow. With features like My Listings, Circles, and Client Database, agents can work more efficiently while My Page helps them build their own property IP and turn social media traffic into their own branded space.

What is My Listings?

My Listings is the master control centre of your property business - where every listing is stored, managed, and ready to be deployed to My Page, Circles, and the rest of your workflow. It gives agents one central place to control updates, sharing, collaboration, and output with greater speed and clarity. You can create a new listing directly from My Listings. Listings are categorized, for example High Rise, Landed Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Land, and the property type selected will control the specific data options available for entry.

What is My Case Tracking and how does it work?

My Case Tracking feature is an internal, user-only workflow designed to guide you through a confirmed sales or rental transaction. The system provides a structured checklist for key stages such as Booking/Deposit, Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) signing, Financing or Tenancy Agreement (TA) signing, and Handover, with automated reminders to help ensure timely completion.

What are "Circles" and how do I use them?

"Circles" is a collaboration feature that allows you to share property listings with other iAgentMY users. You can create a new Circle or join an existing one to facilitate co-broking and sharing of listings.

What is Client Database?

The Client Database allows you to create, update, and manage all your client contacts and inquiries. You can assign custom labels and categorize leads to keep your portfolio organized.

What is My Page?

My Page is your personal property website with a public URL where you can showcase selected listings from your My Listing or Circles, and share them easily on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Rednote, and WhatsApp. It's not a shared marketplace - visitors only see your listings - making it ideal for driving traffic from social media and building your personal brand (IP) as an agent.

What types of PDF documents can I generate?

iAgentMY provides on-demand generation of professional PDF documents for various purposes, including:

  • Listing PDF: A detailed, shareable summary of a specific property listing for prospects.
  • Inventory PDF: A detailed list of all fixtures and fittings for a property.
  • Summary PDF (Sale/Rent): A document summarizing the internal case tracking workflow, such as Booking/Deposit, Financing, and Handover.

Where are the generated PDFs stored?

Generated PDFs will appear on your dashboard when ready for download. Once downloaded, they are stored in your device's storage folder.

Can I share the generated PDFs?

Yes. Once a PDF is downloaded, you can share it directly to WhatsApp, email, or other mobile applications from within the web app.

Can I manage push notifications?

Yes. You can turn push notifications on or off from the menu or the Notifications page.

Push notifications are different from in-app notifications. Push notifications are sent to your device, while in-app notifications appear inside iAgentMY.

In the current version of the iAgentMY Web Application, push notification categories are fixed and include:

  • Case Signing Reminder
  • Case Expiry Reminder
  • Listing Shared to Circles
  • Circle Invitation & Approval
Account, Subscription, and Access

Are there limitations on the number of Listings, Case Tracking, or Circles I can manage?

Yes, your access to certain features is based on your subscription plan:

  • My Listings: The number of Listings with full access is capped based on your plan.
  • My Case Tracking: The number of Cases with full access is capped based on your plan. Cases beyond that limit may have restricted access.
  • Circles: Access to Circle is capped based on your plan; subsequent Circles may have restricted access.

You will need to check your current subscription details in the Account & Plans section for the precise limits.

What happens if I reach or exceed my subscription limits?

If you reach your subscription limit, you will not be able to create new Listings or Cases, or create or join additional Circles. If you downgrade your plan and exceed the new limits, your access will be restricted based on a First-In-Last-Out (FILO) approach, only your earliest created Listings, Cases, and joined Circles will remain accessible, while the most recently created or joined items will be temporarily restricted until you free up slots or upgrade your plan.

How do I upgrade or change my subscription plan?

You can view and select different plans/packages through the Account & Plans section, which will integrate with an external webpage for payment gateway processing, for example, Credit/Debit Card.

How is my data secured?

We ensure a high level of data security. iAgentMY is built on a robust ACID-compliant database architecture and uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect your data. This ensures that all listings, cases, and client records remain reliable, consistent, and secure during storage and transmission.

Are critical actions, like deleting data, protected?

Yes. For permanent or critical actions, such as deleting a listing or a case file, the app employs a 2-Step Verification process to prevent accidental deletion.

What happened to the things I deleted, is it permanent?

Yes. For permanent or critical actions, such as deleting a listing or a case file, the app employs a 2-Step Verification process to prevent accidental deletions. Once deleted, data is permanently removed with no backup retained, as we are committed to ensuring transparency and maintaining strict compliance with PDPA regulations.
